No surprises. No shortcuts. Every phase is handled with the same attention we give to the final result.
01/ Discovery
We begin with a conversation — not a brief. We listen to how you inhabit your space, what you value, and what you want to change. Then we ask the questions you haven't thought to ask yet.
1-2 weeks
02/ Concept
We translate what we've heard into a spatial concept — moodboards, material directions, and layout proposals. One direction, presented with full conviction.
2-4 weeks
03/ Design
Full technical drawings, FF&E schedules, and supplier coordination. We manage every specification — so nothing gets lost between vision and execution.
2-4 weeks
04/ Delivery
On-site oversight through installation and styling. We don't hand over a project — we hand over a finished room. Then we stay available for whatever comes next.
